Bookings

All experiences offered by Unlock Tasmania are subject to availability and confirmed on request. Booking requests are typically responded to within 24 hours.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour departure date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 14 days and 72 hours before departure will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable.

  • Requests to amend or reschedule a booking within 72 hours of departure are subject to availability and may incur additional costs charged by third-party suppliers.

Different cancellation terms or surcharges may apply to private charters, peak travel periods, public holidays, bespoke itineraries or experiences involving third-party operators.

Weather conditions are part of experiencing Tasmania. Tours will proceed in most weather conditions unless your host determines that conditions are unsafe or a third-party operator cancels an activity.

The Aurora Australis experience operates under a separate 24 hour cancellation policy, because departures are activated by weather conditions rather than scheduled in advance. No payment is taken at the time of registration.

Health & Safety

Guest safety is our highest priority. Some experiences involve walking on uneven ground, natural environments or participation in activities operated by third-party providers.

By participating in an Unlock Tasmania experience, guests acknowledge that outdoor activities carry an inherent level of risk and agree to follow all instructions provided by their host and any third-party operators.

Where required, guests may be asked to complete a waiver or acknowledgement of risk before participating in certain activities.

Unlock Tasmania maintains comprehensive Public Liability Insurance and operates under appropriate risk management and safety procedures.

Photographs or images taken of you during your tour may be used for marketing and promotional of Uncover Tasmania tours. Whilst we strive to always seek permission, your permission to use these images is granted as a part of accepting and booking the tour.
