One of the Coal Valley’s most beautiful tasting rooms provides the setting for an intimate introduction to Tasmanian wine, hosted by Stargazer’s Samantha Connew.
With an impressive career spanning Wirra Wirra in McLaren Vale, Tower Estate in the Hunter Valley and the Australian Wine Research Institute, Samantha brings a depth of knowledge and perspective to every tasting. Her approach to winemaking is reflected in Stargazer’s small-batch, thoughtfully crafted wines.
Overlooking the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines of the Palisander vineyard, the architecturally designed tasting room is an elegant setting to explore a selection of current releases, along with a few special bottles from her cellar.
Whisky
